Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days to return your purchase. Returns are permitted for new, unworn merchandise only. You may not wear, alter, size or otherwise use the item you are returning. Please return the item in the exact condition it was shipped to you with your receipt, including all hangtags and stickers firmly in place. Also include any packaging, warranty card, manuals, etc. If there are any signs of wear, we will refuse the return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Please see below for return instructions.
We are located in Hong Kong & Utrecht (the Netherlands) so you could send your watch back to both locations, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. But, because you can choose the location the shipping cost won’t be that high. We advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please use sufficient packing material to prevent damage to your item in transit. The item is your responsibility until it arrives at our facility. We highly recommend you purchase insurance. Once the return is received, please allow 5 business days for the return to process.
International Returns: If you are located outside the Netherlands or Hong Kong, you need to ship with the carrier of your choice and pay for the return postage. For customs purposes, make sure you declare the item as a “return timer” to ensure we do not pay taxes on the return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
